This challenging yet fun training block combines the exercises used by today’s top athletes with the core development benefits of stability training.  You’ll spend half the session moving with style and grace through agility, plyometric, and functional exercises. During the second half, you’ll train on a variety of stability devices including TRX Suspension Trainers

  • Trains deep stabilizer muscles for a rock-solid core
  • Improves balance and motor function
  • Improves overall athleticism and strength
