Cycle + Flow: This 70 minute class fuses the power of cycling with the flow of yoga. Spend the first half of class on the bike, burning calories and building endurance as well as warming up the body. Then, head to the flow studio for the second half of class with powerful yoga flow for active stretching and continued strengthening. This is the perfect fusion class for stability, strength, fluidity, flexibility and breath body awareness. This is an all-level class.
