During this 45-minute beat-based cycle class, you’ll have a chance to reset your body for the coming week. The drills throughout this class will stay within the first three zones of intensity: easy, moderate, and hard; giving you a chance to relax into the ride. Our focus will shift inward for some light reflection while building endorphins from a great workout. You will leave feeling strong and rejuvenated.
