Incorporates many of the functional movements used in our previous two modules, with an emphasis on improving work capacity and muscular endurance through high volume training. Sessions will focus on how many reps, sets, circuits, or exercises you can get through. Workouts are not limited to just functional movements. You will be asked to row, sprint, bike, and jump your way to a stronger you.
