These sessions consist of high volume/high-intensity functional movements with the focus on improving conditioning and muscular endurance, while decreasing recovery times and body fat. Sessions focus less on the amount of weight utilized, but rather how many reps, sets, circuits, meters, or exercises you can get through. Workouts are not limited to just functional movements as you will be asked to row, run, bike, and jump your way to exceeding your goals.
