FFT – Performance

These sessions are designed using the most up to date training principles and scientific research available. Many of the methods utilized are currently being used by the top trainers and coaches around the world and will elicit improvements in overall health and athleticism, while drastically reducing the occurrence of injuries. Our performance program includes many of the exercises associated with endurance, strength, and stability workouts, as well as agility and plyometrics (“jump training”). This is the perfect workout for weekend warriors, athletes, or those who want a well-rounded workout that gives you a little bit of everything.
