These TRX sessions are appropriate for those looking for a challenging, yet fun environment to improve balance, flexibility, functional strength, and core integrity while simultaneously minimizing the likelihood of injury. Utilizing bodyweight as the primary resistance, participants will train on a variety of stability equipment including TRX Suspension Trainers, BoSU balls, and physio-balls. Workouts will consist of both strength and endurance focused protocols, to ensure an effective total body workout that will translate very favorably into activities found in daily life.
