Flow Foundations

Flow Foundations is a personal trainer led program that helps our members learn, or fine tune technique in various strength training movements including the squat, deadlift, Olympic style lifts, and much more.

Each 50-minute session focuses on a specific exercise, complete with modifications and mobility training, to ensure you leave feeling empowered to tackle these movements anytime and anywhere!

Foundation Sessions are available to ALL Members interested in:

  • LEARNING and APPLYING strength movements into their current training plan.
  • Overcoming current fears and misconceptions about strength training.
  • Additional instruction outside of large group, small group, or 1:1 training. 
  • Re-learning movement patterns following time away or injury   
  • Participating in Team Conditioning and/or Strength Camp

Each Session is limited to 8 participants
