Indoor Cycling is a fun, high energy workout using state of the art indoor cycles. An instructor leads participants through routines designed to simulate outdoor rides. Ride, sprint and climb your way through this intense session of aerobic and anaerobic training that is synchronized to music. This class is great for all levels of fitness.
If you are a beginner, plan on arriving to class 10-15 minutes early so we can help set up your bike. Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable, sweat-friendly workout clothes.
