In today’s busy world we often find it near impossible to sit in stillness, even for a moment. Slow Flow allows us to push past our tendency to rush and move quickly. Longer holds intensify each asana forcing the practitioner to really focus, to dig deep for the strength, balance, and endurance to explore poses more deeply. This also allows time to refine, to open up completely and increase flexibility. Moving at a slower pace creates a more mindful, meditative practice. Yoga is a joyful and enlightening practice, take the time to truly enjoy connecting to your body, observing the changes, and expanding your self awareness.
