Sequencing breath with movement. This style of yoga, Vinyasa, increases circulation throughout the entire body and builds heat from the inside out. The class begins slow with deep breathing and progresses to more challenging postures and ends with restorative breathing and relaxation. Hands on assists and adjustments are offered throughout class to help students achieve optimal alignment and to deepen the practice through massage.
