Memorial Day Weekend: 
No classes Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Saturday and Sunday hours: 8am-7pm
Monday: 8am-3pm

Upcoming class changes:

Monday/Friday morning Power Flow Yoga will be removed from the schedule ~ last class  will be Friday, May 26

Saturday Yoga at 11:15 – Last class will be on Saturday, May 20th

Cycle + Flow comes to Flow!  Monday mornings at 6:15am beginning on June 5th

Friday morning Cycle becomes Cycle Fusion and shifts to 6:15am as of Friday, June 2nd

Thursday morning Bobby’s Bootcamp shifts to Cardio Core HIIT with Andi (same time ~ 6:15am)

POP Pilates begins on Friday, June 16 at 6:30am
