Aaron has been teaching group fitness classes for the last 6 years and creating individualized training programs/ meal programs for 5. He has experience in: HIIT training, CrossFit, Bodybuilding, Bootcamp, and TRX. Most importantly though, he see’s to it that his clients witness their results. He has trained some of his clients to lose up to 60lbs. in just 90 days based on his weekly programming! Aaron enjoys working with a wide variety of people, ranging from those living with physical limitations to others who are competitive athletes. His expertise is in working with people who have physical complications that affect their daily lives or recreational activities. He has a talent for identifying harmful or inefficient movements, and is effective at teaching exercises and approaches to corrective help.
