Alex

Alex began taking group exercise classes after college when his swimming and water polo career ended. He was looking for a way to stay fit and be challenged year-round without having to get into a cold pool during the winter. His first group exercise passion was step and he quickly became an instructor. Alex has since added cycling, Bodypump, Bodyflow, and HIIT to his class schedule.
