Ana Malvaez has been active in the fitness industry for over 13 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications.
NATIONAL BODYCOMBAT® TRAINER since 2014 and Fitness Instructor for over 12 years. She has been teaching group exercise since her teens and had the opportunity to perform training routines in small and large groups. She is a fitness Instructor for LES MILLS GRIT®, BODYPUMP®, BODYFLOW®,CXWORX®, RPM® and BODYPUMP®. She also presents BODYCOMBAT® and GRIT®. She holds numerous certifications from ACE, AFAA, SilverSneakers, Gravity and more.
Her Goal: Inspired and share her love for fitness with everyone she trains to improve their lives through fitness and find the better version of themselves.
