Growing up with a father that made sure all family activities were fitness related, set the groundwork for Debbie. Her enthusiasm from a lifetime of fitness led her to teach Group Fitness classes, which she has continued to do for the past 11 years. She brings energy, enthusiasm and athleticism to every class she teaches. She strives to make the workouts challenging and fun, always mixing things up for participants. Debbie enjoys teaching because it allows her to help people achieve their own personal fitness goals and make fitness a permanent part of their lives. When not at the gym you can find her out running, relaxing at the beach, or walking her 6 pound Maltese dog, R’emy.
