Emily is a physician assistant, athletic trainer and yoga teacher. She holds her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and master’s degree from Pace University in NYC. She specializes in lifestyle medicine and is an advocate to end chronic disease. Her style is a blend of vinyasa flow and soulful tunes to help increase the mind-body connection and promote body positivity.
