Freddie has been a personal trainer since 2008 and prior to that, he played professional baseball. His athletic experience has shaped his approach to fitness and he believes in hard work, discipline and consistency. His clientele has ranged from athletes who want to improve their explosiveness, strength, endurance and balance, to individuals seeking to lose weight, increase muscle mass or recover from injury. Freddie specializes in motivation and getting his clients to push themselves above and beyond what they think they are capable of doing both physically and mentally.
