Jacquie is an ACE certified personal trainer. Her passion for fitness began in college at the United States Military Academy where she competed in Judo and military competitions. She spent five years in the Army and began teaching boxing classes in 2015. While at Northwestern’s Kellogg school of Management Jacquie continued to teach boxing while leading boot camps and personal training sessions.
She strongly believes in mind over matter and the importance of grit and perseverance. Her workouts incorporate her martial arts background, as well as HIIT and weight training. Jacquie cares deeply about her clients and is fully committed to ensuring they achieve the results they deserve.
Jacquie is new to Seattle and spends her free time exploring the Pacific Northwest, reading, and trying to improve her cooking skills.
