Jason has been a personal trainer for over eight years. He has spent a lot of that time immersed in the gym lifestyle, learning new ways to inspire and motivate clients. His ideal clientele is incredibly broad because of his vast experience, but mostly he enjoys working with those who have a concrete fitness goal in mind.
