Joseph began his personal training career in 2012 after finding success in his own personal fitness journey. During this time, Joseph was able to transform his body and lifestyle utilizing many of the tools and training principles he uses with his clients today. These tools consist of helping clients make better food choices and intelligently pushing them beyond preconceived mental and physical barriers to reach their goals.

As a former baseball and track athlete, Joseph is a strong believer in “coaching” his clients through their programs with positive re-enforcement, motivation, accountability, and education. Joseph’s number one priority is results and giving each client the ammunition to take control of their health, fitness, and performance for the rest of their lives. Outside of Flow Fitness, Joseph enjoys watching NFL Sunday Ticket during the NFL season, hanging out in Portland Oregon, listening to house and techno music, and expanding his knowledge through reading.

Joseph is certified by the ISSA (International Sports Science Association) as a Fitness Trainer and Nutritional Consultant. Josephs areas of specialization are complete body transformation, aesthetic body recomposition (bodybuilding), performance training (for weekend warriors or athletes), TRX suspension training, and strength training.
