Monica

Moni has been practicing yoga for over 11 years, and values yoga’s physical aspects – flexibility, strength and balance – as a way to create sharper thinking and calmness of mind.  She complements her yoga with running and weights, and believes the stretching and strengthening of  yoga are invaluable to injury prevention.  Moni recently finished her RYT 200hr training at Organic Soul in Dallas with an emphasis on creative logical sequencing and loving energy.
