Rachael Mauney holds a BFA in contemporary dance and has been a professional dancer and teacher since 2012. She has been teaching and performing in the DC metro area for the past four years and has recently moved to Seattle to pursue new things! She teaches ballet, dance fitness, power barre, and total body strength classes and loves using her movement background to influence her approach to fitness and wellness. She enjoys helping people reach new potential and creating an environment where people can push themselves to the edge through feeling empowered and supported.
She is currently a freelance dance artist in Seattle and working with several different projects in addition to teaching fitness.
