Small Group Training Coaches

Flow Fitness coaching staff are comprised of trainers that hold nationally accredited certifications.  Coaches will vary each session offering members various styles to keep their experiences diversified and motivating.  Each coach will follow the same programming and use the same coaching cues which will create a consistent experience no matter the coach.
