6-Week Bridal Bootcamp Package

Time is short and we’ll help you meet your goals in the least amount of time. We offer the best combination of classes, training and facilities in Seattle and will equip you with the necessary tools for success. Our 6-week Bridal Bootcamp package gives you access to everything you need to help you get into the best shape of your life:

Assess and Plan

A personal trainer will do an assessment of your current health and fitness level using our Fit 3D scanner and help you identify those areas for improvement. The trainer will then work with you to create a custom fitness plan to help you reach your goals most efficiently.

Strengthen and Shape

Get 2 sessions a week (12 total) of our semi-private training sessions known as “Strength Camp.” Our athletic style of training will help you gain lean muscle while maintaining mobility and flexibility. Sessions are capped at 4 participants which allows ample time for the trainer to focus on you.

Burn

Get access to over 100 classes a week and start melting the fat away. Our signature Team Conditioning combines Metabolic Resistance Training with High Intensity Interval Training to elevate your metabolism for hours while building strength and endurance. We also offer Indoor Cycling, Barre, BODYPUMP, Zumba, BollyX and BODYCOMBAT. See our schedule here.

Restore

Wedding planning is stressful, and your body needs to recover from all that work in the gym. We offer a variety of yoga classes including Flow, Restorative and Yin Yoga to help you restore both your mind and body.

  • 1 50 minute Strategy Session with a Personal Trainer

6 Week Bridal Bootcamp with Personal Training – $659 ($1040 Value)

If you are looking for accountability and customization to maximize your results, get all of the above plus meet with a trainer once a week (6 personal training sessions).

Nutrition Package Add-On – $150

– Three 30-minute sessions with an integrative nutrition health coach, specializing in helping busy women to support their fitness and weight loss goals.

– A packet including meal suggestions, recipes, snack ideas, and other nutritional lifestyle tips to maximize weight loss, while fueling for workouts.
