The class builds strength, flexibility, and body awareness, in a traditional yoga flow. It also uses a variety of self-massage techniques to erase pain, improve posture and enhance performance to roll and refresh your body’s blind spots, allowing practitioners of all abilities to feel both rejuvenated and supported.
