Yoga Flow

Synch your breath with your movement. This dynamic Vinyasa class builds strength, flexibility and an awareness of the body.  The class starts slowly, allowing you to land on your mat.  We’ll begin with deep breathing and progress to more challenging postures, building heat from the inside out.  Class ends with restorative breathing and relaxation. Yoga Flow can be modified for any level, allowing practitioners of all abilities to feel both challenged and supported.
