Free Barre and Pilates Classes in February

Try something new this year.  Flow Fitness Fremont is offering a free barre and pilates classes to the community during the month of February.

Barre classes at Flow blend ballet, Pilates and strength-training movements to create a low impact workout that produces amazing results. 

Flow Pilates uses a combination of large and small movements to keep your heart rate up while targeting specific muscle groups. Classes are core-centered but also focus on arms, hips, and legs for a total body workout.
