Asia gained most of her teaching experience living and traveling in Spain and India. After getting Certified in Portland, OR in 2013 she moved to Malaga, Spain where she taught Vinyasa style classes. She then continued to learn and teach when she spent several months traveling India. Her eclectic background makes her teaching style easy to connect to within any culture or setting. The theme of her practice is to bring movement and breath together allowing space in the mind to be calm. Focusing on smaller muscle activations and traditional pranayama, she aims to create a space to find peace in exploration.
