ABOUT BARBRA – Barbra’s philosophy is to inspire and build strength through consistency, fun and structured fitness programs with a holistic approach. She also believes building a strong and supportive community of fitness is vital to achieving successful results. Barbra takes a holistic approach to health and wellness and believes motivation, behavior change, and a balanced diet all come into play when achieving fitness related goals. In each training session, Barbra focuses on building healthy habits and intentions. Expect effective, fun and personalized workout sessions that are carefully planned to help you reach your goals.
Barbra has 6 years of experience as a personal trainer working with different age ranges and fitness backgrounds and has a sports background having played Division II soccer. She received her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare and Wellness Promotion from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs and is a certified behavior change and motivation specialist from Otero Junior College .
