Beth Cline is a movement junkie. Her first love is the run, but in the end, she’ll try just about anything to be moving – both her body, and her mind. She is an RRCA certified running coach, a Master Chi Running Instructor, as well as an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. She has run races from a 5 to a 50k, as well as dabble in the Tri. At Flow Fitness, she is the Director of Innovation & Wellness, creating community with the group exercise program and educational events in the club.
