Bianca is an E-RYT that instructs a variety of classes including Vinyasa, Sculpt, and Yin. Her goal is for students to connect with themselves internally and externally, finding calmness and tranquility with their breath, while building strength and endurance with their movement. Her intension as an instructor is for students to find love and appreciation for their own unique body, mind, and spirit. Prior to Yoga, she taught elementary and middle school both in the states and abroad. On her free time, she loves exploring new places, walking her dogs, and reading fiction dramas.
