Ella Mahler is professional dancer and passionate mover. She received a BFA in Dance from Western Washington University and her 200-HR Yoga Certification through 8 Limbs Yoga Centers. Ella leads a versatile lifestyle of movement – whether she is on her yoga mat, in the dance studio, or running on the trail, she celebrates personal strength, embodiment, and continued learning.
Ella’s yoga class is built upon these values, where together we explore our range of motion, stamina, and self compassion through a challenging and playful practice. Rooted in a hatha yoga approach, Ella’s class includes a balance of continuous movement and steady postures, oscillating between rigor and ease. People of all levels and abilities are welcome.
