BIOGRAPHY
ABOUT Isabela –Isabela (RYT-200) is certified to teach Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and Breathwork. Isabela found yoga in 2016 when she experienced complete burnout and was dealing with chronic back pain. Yoga not only helped her heal, it also allowed her to deepen her relationship with herself and with the world.
Isabela specializes in helping individuals break the burnout cycle with Yoga and mindfulness tools. Her mission is to empower women to live with more ease and alignment to create a truly fulfilling and nourishing lifestyle.
Isabela’s classes have a strong focus on slowing down, connecting to the breath, and releasing mental, emotional, and physical stress. Her intention is to create a space where students can deepen their relationship with themselves to heal.
