Rooted in focus, intention, and authenticity, Jamie’s yoga classes help you cultivate your mind-body connection so you can improve your performance in all areas of life.  Jamie brings her experience from her 12 years of practice as well as her 250+ hours of yoga education to her classes.  In addition to teaching yoga, Jamie loves to be outside.  She spends her summers sailing the Puget Sound and winters skiing in the mountains.
