Since 2013 Mack has had the pleasure of working with a wide range of individuals, from youth and high school athletes discovering their athletic prowess, to college and professional athletes looking to become bigger, faster, and stronger for their upcoming competitive season. Further, Mack has trained weekend warriors and individuals looking to improve their physical performance, as well as change their body composition or overcome injuries.
Over the past several years, Mack has developed his knowledge of strength and conditioning during his time as an athletic performance intern at the University of Idaho, Montana State University, and most recently Seattle University. With his knowledge and experience, Mack is committed to help you to achieve your fitness goals through safe, progressive program design, hard work, and constant motivation. In addition, Mack is trained in improving movement patterns and posture through the use of corrective exercises and mobility training.
When not in the gym crushing the weights or working with his clients, Mack enjoys hiking Pacific Northwest trails, playing sports, reading, tasting new craft beers, and spending time with family and friends.
