I am a certified Health Coach, NASM certified personal trainer, and Group Exercise Instructor with an educational background in holistic health, integrative nutrition, and psychology. I’ve worked full time in the industry for over 3 years, after leaving my corporate job, and have successfully contributed in both the corporate and commercial sectors of the health & wellness industry, from big box gyms, to in-house corporate roles, to private businesses. My skill set is well rounded and tailored toward the working professional.
