SEGALE’S FLOW- Yoga, Dance, Strength Training

ABOUT SEGALE: Segale had a sedentary lifestyle growing up and in her early 20’s, she began to feel a lot of pain in her hips. Her search to heal her body led her to Yoga where she eventually became an instructor and became deeply immersed in functional movement. She has continued her passion to better understand the body and movement and became a Certified Personal Trainer.

Segale integrates training with Yoga to create a well-rounded healing experience for her clients. She firmly believes movement is medicine and is for “every-body,” regardless of background. Segale helps her clients release the “stuck” places in the body and integrate a mind body connection. Segale brings a playfulness to her training with a key focus on biomechanics and pranayama (breath practice) to make the workouts accessible for everyone.

Segale has received 200 hour Rasa Yoga training in 2019, 200 hour Rasa Yoga training in 2022 and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.
