ABOUT ZAC :  Zac began lifting weights in order to improve strength and conditioning for sports. By the age of 16 he began competing in powerlifting and has continued ever since. He decided to make his passion into a career and became a personal trainer in 2018.   Through progressing fundamental exercises and developing mobility, he  helps people of all ages and abilities to achieve their fitness goals. Zac understands that time is limited and he helps incorporate fitness programs into his clients’ busy lifestyles.

Zac earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Washington State University in 2017 along with a minor in psychology. He integrates the hard science of fitness principles into the unique, personal goals and expectations of each client.
