FLOW BARRE 50

Flow Barre is a 50 minute total body sculpting class that blends the best of light weight training, dance-inspired movement, and core strengthening exercises. Expect a total body burn while using small intense interval exercises choreographed to immersive and inspiring music. Classes are low impact, energetic, effective, and fun.

Barre Torch

Barre Torch is the best of Flow Barre with an athletic edge. This total body sculpting class brings the heat blending everything you love about classic barre with high intensity cardio intervals choreographed to the beat of the music.

Class Features

FlowBarre draws from the principles of traditional ballet and works to improve posture, balance, stability and overall strength.  FlowBarre brings the high intensity of strength workouts while remaining low impact working through small range movements and isometric holds using light weights, a core-ball, resistance bands and the barre. While classes are high energy and beat-based, there is a strong emphasis on body-alignment. As you flow through class, you’ll target all major movers of your body, including the arms, thighs, glutes, abdominals, and posterior chain with an emphasis on building your core strength as a foundation.  In addition, FlowBarre will help you enhance your mind-body connection, gain coordination and strengthen smaller muscle groups that often get ignored for well-rounded wholistic results.   FlowBarre is a fantastic workout for anyone and modifiable to all fitness levels.

Yes! So long as your doctor has cleared you to exercise, FlowBarre is a safe and effective prenatal workout option and can easily be modified to accommodate every stage of your pregnancy.  

Yes, we suggest arriving 10 minutes early to meet your instructor and get set up.
