BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world.
Its 60-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling. It draws its inspiration from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India. It embodies the infectious energy, expression and movement of Bollywood and aims to expand the love of fitness to more people worldwide.

Yes, this class is suitable for all levels and no prior experience is necessary. It may take a couple of classes however for you to find your rhythm in class.
You should wear athletic clothing and footwear. We recommend wearing dry fit clothing as you’ll likely build up a sweat in class.
