COVID-19 Update: Suspended Operations

The Governor has issued guidance as to when and how fitness facilities will be allowed to reopen under his 4 Phase Plan.  King County is  currently approved for Phase 2.  Below is our current reopening plans under each of the Phases.

Phase 2 

We have opened both locations and have limited offerings based on Washington State guidelines.  Currently we are offering:

  • Personal Training
  • Small Group Training (Strength Camp limited to 4 at a time)
  • Team Conditioning  (limited to 5 at a time)
  • Virtual Cycling  (Fremont only, limited to 5 at a time)
  • Open Gym Time (limited to 5 at a time)

Towels, sauna,  shower, and locker services are currently prohibited, but locker rooms are accessible for hand washing and bathroom use only. Please come dressed to workout and limit any personal items that are brought to the facility.

Please bring a workout towel and water  bottle as the refilling stations are accessible but drinking fountains are not open.

We will continue to add to our offerings as we ramp back up and thank you for your patience.  You can view availability on our class schedule our website.

If you are not a member and would like to try Flow Fitness, we offer several 30 day trial memberships.

Open Gym Policy

Reservations are required and can be made online via our Classes Page or Mindbody App ( walk-ins will not be accepted)  and a $5.00 Late Cancel (Under 4 hours) or No Show will be enforced .

Reservations will be limited to 5 people with a 2 person wait list – you will be called or emailed  if a spot opens up so please check your email  (including spam folders) and voicemail.

Workout time is limited to 50 minutes and we ask that you immediately leave the facility so that we may prepare for the next  group.

To ensure all equipment is thoroughly cleaned after each use, you will be limited to a designated training zone or squat rack and one piece of cardio equipment.  All exercises except cardio must be done in your designated training zone.  You will have access to weight plates, barbells, dumbbells and  kettlebells.  Any accessory equipment (bands, balls, mats) must be left in training zone at the end of your workout so we can sanitize them.   At no time can exercise machines, studios or additional cardio pieces be used. 

Phase 3

Fitness facilities are allowed to resume operations at less than 50% capacity.  We plan on opening both of our clubs during normal business hours during Phase 3 and will offer gym access, a reduced studio class schedule, training and outdoor classes.

Phase 4 

There are no restrictions listed for fitness facilities, however we will likely keep some limitations from Phase 3 in an effort to maintain a safe environment for our members.
