ETHOS: ”Don’t just know how, know why.”

EMILY’S  FLOW:  Emily does a mix of powerlifting, bodybuilding, and functional training. She loves to try out new forms of exercise, but always finds her way back to heavy lifting. Her favorite lift is any deadlift variation.


ABOUT EMILY: Emily was introduced to strength training as a freshman in high school and fell in love with powerlifting after experiencing how empowered it made her feel. Emily is passionate about empowering others through education. She believes that in order to get the most out of your workout
you must know three things

  • What you need to do
  • How to do it
  • Why you are doing do it

Emily is a NASM personal trainer and in is currently a student at the University of Washington on the pre-medicine track in hopes of going into sports medicine.
