BIOGRAPHY

ABOUT DOUG – After years of training himself to get bigger, stronger and more mentally capable,  Doug wanted to do the same for others and found personal training to be very fulfilling.   Since 2016, he has been helping people knock down barriers and achieve their fitness goals.   He has experiencing working with all body types and age groups from 12-85 years old.  Doug sets ambitious goals not only for himself but for his clients and will do everything to help them achieve their goals.

 

Doug attended Southern Oregon University & Oregon State University. He took courses in Exercise Science, Nutrition and Kinesiology and is currently planning to continue to finish his degree.  He is a Performance PT Coach Level 1 from the Clean Health Fitness Institute. Doug helps his clients reach success through accountability and constant positive reinforcement. His training will focus on on physical/mental progression, rest/recovery and nutrition.
