BIOGRAPHY

ABOUT JAMEL – Jamel discovered his passion for fitness and strength training after high school and was inspired by his insecurities around his body. He wanted to make a change so he decided to get stronger and take control over his body. Soon he realized how he not only changed his body but also improved his self-confidence. Jamel wants to help others improve their health and self-confidence as well. He believes we all have more strength than we think and you can unlock it with proper guidance, support and motivation.  Jamel hobbies include lifting and boxing, and is working on new skills such as hiking, skating and MMA. Jamel is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer.
