Jasmine has been obsessed and down the wellness rabbit hole since middle school, cutting out workouts and yoga flows and healthy recipes from magazines and structuring it into her lifestyle. From a young age she intentionally checked in with her mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being with “more” and “less” lists. This passion led her to indulging in self-help books, alternative healing modalities, powerlifting, competitive sports, and studying psychology, sociology, and women and gender studies to later become a mental health therapist and spiritual embodiment coach and mentor. Yoga is what started her journey – initially wanting to practice to “get toned” through simple postures and exercises. Going to yoga classes in studios, Jasmine learned about the chakra system and did NOT look back. During COVID, in between semesters of graduate school studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling, she took advantage of the time at home and got certified in yoga, reiki, and tantric meditation. She now attends ecstatic dance, drum circles, and conscious festivals worldwide. Her hopes are to help activate and balance the masculine and feminine aspects of not only her chakras, but guide others to do the same for themselves and the up-leveling of the collective. Her dream is to own a world-renowned fiscally accessible retreat center – a one stop shop for holistic wellness including mental health, physical health, spiritual health, community building, art, and connection to nature.
