BIOGRAPHY

ABOUT KRISTI – Kristi completed her 200-hourRYT at Power Yoga Hawaii in 2014, and continues her yoga education with local workshops and annual trips to Hong Kong’s Asia Yoga Conference. Her teaching style is based in Power Yoga, with a touch of Dharma, Bhakti and ashtanga from her own practice. She loves postures that challenge one’s balance because she believes that pushing yourself to your limits without fear of face planting is important, both on and off the mat. On her free time, she enjoys going to wine tastings, BTS concerts, and cycling.
