After playing soccer for 20 years, Lauren found yoga as a way to stay active. She practiced hot yoga weekly and began to appreciate the physical and mental benefits. Lauren’s love of yoga grew as her practice evolved. Once yoga became part of her every day routine, Lauren enrolled in Teacher Training at Seattle’s 8 Limbs Yoga Center. Lauren believes in the importance of pairing the breath with body movement and flow. She aims for each class to feel rewarding for students’ mind, body and soul.
