After playing soccer for 20 years, Lauren found yoga to stay active and healthy. In 2016, Lauren received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher certification from Seattle’s 8 Limbs Yoga Centers. Her classes bring together breathing techniques, body movement and flow. She aims for each class to feel rewarding for students’ mind, body, and soul, while creating a safer space for everyone. On her free time, she likes to hike with her dog and play soccer.
