I have always enjoyed movement in some shape or form. I played soccer and figure skated non-competitively as a child and started rock climbing after high school. It wasn’t until a health scare in college that I really started taking fitness seriously, though. Stepping foot into a proper gym for the first time was scary, but I left feeling intrigued. The way exercise can lighten our mood, strengthen our body, and challenge our mind became addicting. Since this day, I’ve become passionate about igniting this fire in others. I love to challenge clients to push themselves outside of their comfort zones and to find a strength they never knew they had. Each day is a new beginning to become a better version of ourselves and I love to coach others through this journey.
