ABOUT MANDY – Mandy is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for self-exploration in all of our yoga offerings at Flow Fitness. Mandy’s teaching style focuses on exploring pose modifications in a supportive and encouraging manner, helping students to reduce pain, improve flexibility, and build strength and confidence. When she’s not leading yoga classes or 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training programs, you’ll find her reading, taking her dog on walks, or providing therapeutic massage to clients. Known for her dedication to helping others find their own unique flow, Mandy is a compassionate and creative teacher who is certified as an ERYT200 and YACEP through Yoga Alliance, with training in Yin, Power, Anusara and Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga. As the new Yoga Program Manager, Mandy is excited to bring even more quality, challenging, and accessible yoga classes, events, and programs to the community.
